Atul Khosla - Vice President and Global Head, Human Resources
Atul Khosla is CIBA VISION’s Vice President and Global Head, Human Resources. Atul joined Novartis in 2002 and, during his time with Novartis, has provided HR leadership for several NCH businesses and in diverse multi-cultural environments, including Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Atul's international HR experience, spanning over twenty years and three continents has been primarily focused around driving strategic Organisation Development and Talent Management initiatives. Most recently as HR Head for OTC Europe, he was instrumental in building a talent pipeline for the business and in successfully leading change initiatives in the region
Prior to Novartis, Atul worked in HR Generalist assignments in increasing capacity for companies such as PepsiCo and Eicher Mitsubishi.
Atul holds a bachelor of Commerce with Honors degree and an MBA with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Business School of Punjab University, India.
